- A 30% deposit per holiday property per week is required (non refundable)
- All balances are due 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
- We do not give refunds under any circumstances for cancellations, therefore we recommend you take out independent holiday cancellation insurance.
- Instant dismissal from the park without refunds for vandalism, behaviour that is offensive or that is considered inappropriate by the management, or if the caravan is occupied by more people than originally booked for.
- Instant dismissal from the park, without refund for bringing pets without prior arrangement.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. They must not be left in the holiday property alone.
- The holiday home must be left in the same state of cleanliness as found. Failure to do so may result in you no longer being welcome at the park.
- Additional cleaning charges may be charged to your card for excessive cleaning required.
HENDRE COED ISAF SWIMMING POOL
Our guests are welcome to use the swimming pool at Hendre Coed Isaf free of charge however, the following rules apply:
- Any members of the group over the age of 16 are required to accept and sign the swimming pool rules before use of pool.
- Parents are responsible for the supervision at all times of any children under the age of 16
